RCCS × VVICTS
Empowering the next generation of tech leaders together
SparkIT is the most ambitious student-led ICT literacy initiative ever undertaken in Sri Lankan educational history—a groundbreaking program designed to transform over 11,000 students across the nation from passive technology consumers into active digital innovators and leaders.
Initially launched in collaboration with the ICT Club of Girls' High School Kandy (KGHSICT), SparkIT has now evolved and expanded. The project is now jointly organized by the Royal College Computer Society (RCCS) and the Vishaka Vidyalaya ICT Society (VVICTS), strengthening our gender-inclusive approach through strategic industry partnerships with ICTA, RAM Studios, and leading technology companies.
Through SparkIT Flash online sessions and SparkIT Fusion school visits, we're igniting ICT literacy nationwide—spanning from Jaffna to Galle, uniting urban and rural institutions in a shared technological vision.
For schools already exposed to ICT, SparkIT Flash strengthens their foundation with advanced programming, robotics, and immersive technologies. Join our online session series designed to bridge the gap and uplift awareness across different areas of ICT.
